The IMB offers two international Certificate programme:

 

The International Leadership Training (ILT) "Hospital Management Asia" at the IMB Institute of Management Berlin conducts in cooperation with the GIZ GmbH qualifies experts and managers from South-East Asia and China to initiate and manage change processes in their home countries. One major objective of the programme is to enable the participants to find adequate solutions for urgent management problems of their hospitals. In particular the programme qualifies the participants to adapt common solutions to the special situations of their countries and implement them within the framework of the ILT programme. Participants also should become facilitators and multipliers of this ILT knowledge and competencies and try to distribute thisbwithin their workplaces. For this they design and develop so-called transfer projects which they will implement after their return to their home countries.

 

ENGAGE "Empowerment and Capacity Building Network for Global Labour Activists and Trade Union Officials on Global Economic Policies" is a short term Study Course on Labour Policies and Globalisation which graduates with a  Certificate. The course consists of a 3,5 month academic programme and a 2 month internship. It is designed to help labour activists and trade unionists to acquire additional knowledge and tools that enable them to take an active part in the public debate and the process of work policy formulation and implementation.
